The Women’s Journals of Northeast Ohio was established in January 2004 as a women’s magazine in tabloid/newsprint format, now magazine format. The Women’s Journal is a free educational, informative and objective publication primarily targeting women with 70% articles, 20% display adverts, and 10% local and/or nonprofit event or organizations. Most ad copy appeals to only about half of the people who will see it. Why? Some people are motivated by visual content, some to the emotional benefits of your product/service, and some to the logical benefits of your product/service in ad advertisement. Hitting the hot button of almost everyone exposed to your
ads requires you to write balanced copy. Our format allows you to appeal to the consumer in all of these aspects.
