Laser Brown Spot Removal
GentleLase (Alexandrite) or Alex Trivantage Q switched laser spot removal safely and very effectively corrects age spots, liver spots, freckles and freckle-like spots and brown birth marks of all types and sizes.
VBeam Perfecta ( Pulse Dye ) laser treatment is the best way to treat angiomas, broken facial veins, rosacea, stretch marks, sczrs and red or purple birthmarks of all types and sizes.
The laser creates a beam of high intensity light that penetrates deep into skin tissue where it is absorbed by melanin or hemoglobin depending on the type of spot, thereby breaking it up.
During an office visit, a physician will guide the laser to the treatment area with a small hand-held probe. Each laser pulse may or may not be preceded by a short pulse of cooling spray depending on the type of spot.
Most people get a great response with one treatment. Some may require an additional treatment.
Patients scheduled for laser brown spot removal should expect a darker spot/discoloration after treatment. After several days, a crust will form and fall off within a few days. With red spots removal, it also gets darker but there is no crusting whatsoever.
It is recommended to avoid sun exposure before and throughout treatment to maximize results. A sunblock of 30 spf or higher should be worn daily during this time.

The laser creates a beam of high intensity light that penetrates deep into skin tissue where it is absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood vessels effectively “erasing” the vein.
During an office visit, a physician will guide the laser to the treatment area with a small hand―held probe. Each laser pulse will move along a blood vessel, tracing it. This will be preceded by a short pulse of cooling spray.
Most people average 75% clearing of purple spider veins in one treatment! Larger blue green veins and matting require more treatments.
Patients scheduled for laser leg vein treatments should plan to wear pantyhose for 3 days following treatment.
