We want to make your time with Precision as easy, convenient and safe as possible! All of our safety protocols, and procedures are in accordance with the latest CDC guidelines.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, we continue to offer in–person appointments. However, if an “at home” visit simply makes more sense, we now offer both virtual video appointments or telephone visits for those without video capability.
#1 APPOINTMENT PRECHECK
If you answer “YES” to any of the following questions, please call our office at 440-285-499 to RESCHEDULE your appointment or to arrange an alternative video or telephone visit:
- Have you recently traveled to a COVID-19 affected geographic area? (China, Iran, S. Korea, Europe, cruise ship or any high-risk sites in the U.S.)
- Have you had close contact with a person who traveled to high-risk sites within the past 14 days?
- Have you been in contact with/exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
- Are you experiencing a cold, cough, shortness of breath or any flu-like symptoms?
Should you answer yes to any of these questions, you will be asked to return to your vehicle and call us to arrange an appropriate appointment.
#2 OFFICE VISITS
In an effort to mitigate the spread of the Corona virus, all visitors must pass through our check station. Anyone with symptoms will not be permitted to enter the building. Patients and staff must wear masks. Our facility has been reworked to maintain social distancing.
All treatment rooms are sanitized between each patient. Waiting rooms and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned hourly. Air scrubbers have been placed in our waiting areas, and each facility is professionally cleaned for deep sanitation monthly.
#3 VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
For many patients, a virtual visit fits the bill and makes the most sense with regard to safety. Telehealth services can be effective for consultation, instruction, follow-up, supervision and to remain in touch and engaged.
