Let’s begin with Barb, our highly skilled registered nurse. She is also a seasoned pro at laser hair removal and Botox® injections, and is integral in researching and evaluating the most exciting new treatments to bring to Northcoast Laser Cosmetics. Barb is, unequivocally, a one-woman army when it comes to knowledge of non-surgical skin rejuvenation and body improvement techniques!
Next is Northcoast Laser’s licensed master aesthetician Lacy. She performs a variety of beauty procedures, including Coolsculpting® for those who wish to trim unwanted bulges, and microneedling for facial rejuvenation. Lacy is also specially trained in tattoo removal and permanent makeup. If you’ve ever wanted to wake up “ready to go,” Lacy can help. She can apply permanent makeup to the eyebrows, eyes and lips. Lacy recently completed an advanced training to add areola restoration and medical camouflage as permanent makeup options for our patients. Wow! She’s a top gun! Not only can Lacy help in the beauty department, she can also assist when medical needs propel the need for highly specialized procedures.
Melissa, our Licensed Practical Nurse and self proclaimed “beauty geek,” brings a wealth of medical knowledge to our team. She worked for seven years in the Cardiac Stepdown Unit at University Hospitals and two years in an Urgent Care Center for the Cleveland Clinic. She specializes in laser hair removal, Coolsculpting® and handling post-laser care for our patients. Melissa realizes that some people believe high end beauty treatments can only be found in the highest income areas. She loves the fact that Northcoast Laser Cosmetics fills the need, and is right in her hometown region. We think of her as a five-star beauty general!
Dani, our newest team member, knows the importance of high quality skin procedures first hand. She suffered from facial scarring, and, after being treated with impressive results, was inspired to go back to school to receive her medical esthetician credentials. We think it has worked out incredibly well. Why? Because she looks like a kid and, while we won’t tell her age, she’s NOT! Dani performs microneedling, the Jet Peel™, dermaplaning and post laser care. We are thrilled we enlisted Dani for our special forces!
