We are caregivers recruiting caregivers
Our employees are very important, as are our clients. Our goal is for our caregivers to enjoy coming to work every day. We can train any skill. However, caregiving comes from the heart.
You may be a caregiver if you naturally care for everyone you come in contact with. And, enjoy it! You know you made a difference in someone’s life. If you reach out, share and connect with others, there’s caregiving in your heart.
Caregivers do not go it alone—
A variety of skills and talents are needed for different clients. We train you or choose a client who doesn’t require assistance beyond your preparation.
On your first visit, an introduction is done with a case coordinator.
Caregiving has many stages and many different needs—
Not everyone is comfortable with every need, and that’s ok. We service
all skill levels from bedbound care to ambulatory clients, from skilled cases to companionship. No medical background is necessary. We are a non-medical in-home care company.
Who’s looking for something that fits your schedule and lifestyle?—
Home Instead offers a flexible schedule from 3-hour shifts to 12-hour shifts. Only available certain days of the week that’s okay too. Great for parents with school-aged children, students 21 years of age and older with a reliable vehicle, retired, summer only or a supplement to your regular job.
Same day applications and interviews—
Wednesdays 9am – 3pm at 7334 Center Street Mentor, Ohio 44060 (bring driver’s license, social security card and proof of car insurance).
Visit our website www.homeinstead.com. Go to Caregiver Jobs, scroll
down to find employment, enter 44060 then you may begin filling out an application and submit.
If you have caregiving in your heart, and would like to give back to our amazing seniors this may be an opportunity for you.
Things that set us apart –
Unlike others, we do not show up to make your coffee, give you a shower, make meals and leave.
We want to know what you take in your coffee, your daily routine, your favorite channel and outfit. We want to be a companion who enjoys your memories, laughs at your jokes and comforts when times are challenging.
Caregiving is a rewarding experience that gives back.
