Home Instead Senior Care thrives on its culture of compassion and care. Turnover at
Home Instead is less than half the national industry average. Happy caregivers stay
longer and that facilitates trust and that means better care.
Therese Zdesar, RN and Owner, Home Instead Senior Care
We truly value our CAREGivers as much as our clients. You may be a CAREGiver if you are drawn to people and enjoy knowing you make a difference in their lives. Our goal is for our CAREGivers to enjoy the work they do everyday, and we believe that makes the difference in the quality of care our clients experience.
CAREGivers do not go it alone.
Every CAREGiver has a full team supporting them out in the field and from the office. No question or concern is too small. We train and orient everyone and continue our training and education through monthly classes, quarterly training meetings and manuals offered for learning at your own pace. We can train any skill; CAREGiving, however, comes from the heart.
CAREGiving meets a variety of needs.
Not everyone will be comfortable with every need, and a medical background is not necessary. Our client’s needs range from simple companionship with meals and shopping to full personal care and support at different stages of life. There is a place for everyone. It takes a variety of people, each bringing their own unique set of talents and gifts to meet the broad spectrum of needs our clients have.
